This is not meant to cover everything, and should only be used as a point of reference. No rights or permissions are granted unless obtained directly and explicitly from the artist.

| Non Commercial Image Use |
| Credit and a link to this site must appear on the same page as the image. |

| The web site the content is used on must be non-commercial and may not offer products or services of any kind. |

Advertisements, online stores or any generation of revenue, which is not a condition of a free hosting plan, means the site is commercial and usage must be paid for.

| The image is a non-commissioned work featured in the 'Main' gallery. |

Commissioned work, sketches, elements of the page design and other content on the site may not be used on other web sites.

| Images may not be modified in any way other than proportional resizing. |

No tags, tubes, dolls or other similar modifications are allowed.
You may crop an image for use as an avatar, provided the avatar image is no larger than 125 x 125 pixels and 'mizhak' appears somewhere in the file name. Example: "myavatarbymizhak.jpg"

| Distribution of any kind is not permitted. |

Providing the image to be used, by others, for any purpose is not allowed. This includes desktop wallpapers, themes, skins, textures, game content or similar.

| Sale of prints or items including the artwork is forbidden. |

Do not post images on sites with 'albums' that provide the option to purchase a print. You may not sell my artwork anywhere for any purpose without a license. This includes selling 'at cost' or the sale of 'virtual' items.

| Use on "private" sites is forbidden. |

Websites that require visitors to log in, in order to view content, may not use images under these terms.

| Use on websites which publish defamatory, libelous, threatening, bigoted, harassing, infringing, damaging, pornographic or unlawful content is forbidden. |

I retain the right to deny or revoke permission to any organization, individual or group for any reason.

| Use for the purpose of publicly accusing an individual or entity of copyright infringement is expressly forbidden. |

Any statements regarding infringement of my copyrights, made or published by anyone other than myself or my legal representatives should be regarded as untrue and potentially libelous statements. I am not involved with nor do I endorse any statements made or actions taken by third parties who have no rights to or vested interest in the work.

Use of images for tattoos is OK. No extra permsissions needed. Go wild, send pictures! Unless, it's on your no-no parts... in which case, do NOT send pictures.
